Jessica Susan Hill

Jessica Susan Hill is the founder and director of JSH Law Ltd, providing practical, evidence-led family court support to litigants in person in England and Wales. Her work focuses particularly on private children proceedings, domestic abuse and coercive control, safeguarding, Cafcass, complex evidence, chronologies, statements and hearing preparation. Jessica has completed the PGDL and is currently qualifying through the SQE route at BPP. She also works at the intersection of family justice, legal technology and responsible AI, with a particular interest in improving access to justice and helping people navigate complex court processes more effectively. She writes extensively on family justice, safeguarding, evidence and digital justice, including the LinkedIn newsletter Family Justice, Recoded.
